CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure the best experience for all clients, we require at least 24–48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or miss your lash appointment without 24 hours notice, a 30% fee of your service price will be charged. No-shows may be charged the full service price. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling to ensure other clients are not affected. We appreciate your understanding—your time and ours are valuable!
